You will find new photos every month or two. They come form files that have hundreds of photos taken during our three battle site tours and something like 20 other trip to Korea. Also coming up aa little later are pictures of various activities held during the year, including our reunion. I'm just learning this web system and can assure you it can't do anything but get better. My first trip back to Korea was in 1962. My 2nd in 1986 where I toured all over from Pusan Perimeter to Heartbreak Ridge and the Iron Triangle area. I never called them revisit tours. I never visited in the first place. Visitors would have been treated better.

Harold Ward lost his brother at Heartbreak Ridge. He holds a bouquet that he layed there as part of memorial service. During the Korea 2000 commemoration, the DoD/DoA is planning a program on this hill on 9/13/01. We plan to be there.

Larry Streeby, our sales manager who is also the founder and Secretary/Treasurer of the 2nd Engr (C) Bn Association, has just been named Honorary Sergeant Major of the Battalion and will be attending the annual ceremony at the end of November this year.

Above two pictures are of Twin Tunnels near Chipyong-ni. On the right is the new memorial to those that served and died during the Hongcheon fighting during Feb. 1951. A few that served at Chipyong-ni and Hoengsong will attend a commemoriation at both places on or about Feb. 13, 2001 if my request is approved.

The above two pictures are of the Chorwon Valley
